Because each PLANK MOB™ item is made to order specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, sizing issues, or incorrect selections made at checkout.

Please review product descriptions, sizing information, colors, and your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review the order and work to make it right.

PLANK MOB™ is not responsible for packages that are lost or delivered incorrectly due to an inaccurate or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout.

International orders:
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. International consumer laws may provide additional rights that cannot be waived by this policy.
